There is no role upgrade /promotion for the hard work I did in these 4 years( joined in 2020). Joined in a lower grade even though I have more years of experience. When I will get my promotion as per my experience?

Permanent work from home Don't work if you can manipulate

I am scrum master They don't have too It's like fish market They have project manager , program manager , product manager ,engineering manager , scrum master , cxo all working on same project. Bad part was honesty was not likes hence I quit. As scrum master my job is to align business and technology however I was ask to do negative things. So I quit. Decide for yourself.

disorganized place specially my department they change your task in between managers are unsure why they exist and what value they add they call late evening and nights to prove their exsistence most managers are not from tech background so usualy project maangers , scrum masters , product guys from non tech background usual likeservice company . Not a tech / startup / engeineering org .you can justify 4 hour work for 40 hours if you spin a story on loud tone....Read More

Company culture is good. Office is very nice. CEO is also very knowledgeable. Company in grow mode.

Dislikes

The managers and seniors in tech talk very loudly and have very bad behavior . They lose temper in every call. Shouting and insulting is normal for the day. They hire and fire people at whims and fancies if you don't do what they say even if it's unethical. The high pitch behavior and lack of respect is making everyone in tech leave .
