The company can lay off employees at any time, there's no work-life balance, and the system is poorly managed. There is no documentation—only verbal discussions about projects. If a project gets stuck, the company completely blames you. They treat employees rudely, offer no appraisals or raises, and create a toxic work environment. They often assign blame unfairly, even if you’ve just joined. For example, if a problem occurred three months ago, they’ll say it’s your fault after only 20-25 days on the job, and then fire you. Employees are completely demotivated, and when you leave, they don’t even send a proper relieving letter, often holding back your salary for 4-5 months. This is the worst company in India.
