If a project gets stuck, the company completely blames you. They treat employees rudely, offer no appraisals or raises, and create a toxic work environment. They often assign blame unfairly, even if you’ve just joined. For example, if a problem occurred three months ago, they’ll say it’s your fault after only 20-25 days on the job, and then fire you.
