If a project gets stuck, the company completely blames you. They treat employees rudely, offer no appraisals or raises, and create a toxic work environment. They often assign blame unfairly, even if you’ve just joined. For example, if a problem occurred three months ago, they’ll say it’s your fault after only 20-25 days on the job, and then fire you. Employees are completely demotivated, and when you leave, they don’t even send a proper relieving letter, often holding back your salary for 4-5 months. This is the worst company in India. Don’t join—it’s extremely toxic. I would rate this company -5/10, but if it were possible to give a negative rating, I would.

This practice is applied to all employees, leaving everyone feeling highly stressed and depressed due to the work culture.
