The company can lay off employees at any time, there's no work-life balance, and the system is poorly managed. There is no documentation—only verbal discussions about projects. If a project gets stuck, the company completely blames you. They treat employees rudely, offer no appraisals or raises, and create a toxic work environment. They often assign blame unfairly, even if you’ve just joined. For example, if a problem occurred three months ago, they’ll say it’s your fault after only 20-25 days on the job, and then fire you. Employees are completely demotivated, and when you leave, they don’t even send a proper relieving letter, often holding back your salary for 4-5 months. This is the worst company in India. Don’t join—it’s extremely toxic. I would rate this company -5/10, but if it were possible to give a negative rating, I would.

The company pressures you by claiming the client requires work to be finished, even if it wasn’t completed within regular hours. They offer no support when you leave in the evening, only reminding you of pending work. This practice is applied to all employees, leaving everyone feeling highly stressed and depressed due to the work culture.
