Only good thing is big brands as clients.

Dislikes

...light escalation on the developers. No goodwill. The work policies are terrible. Compensation is poor. Micro management of resources.

Everyone is helpful and reachable for any kind of help or suggestions.

Dislikes

Management is not good. They don't care about the client companies much and that's why they're losing clients and as a result the employees, left right and center. Maybe it's only true for the client I have worked for. But what I've heard from some people working for other clients, I've written with those opinions.

Likes

there is lot of micro-management. And most important thing they are money making company, they don't even care about the employees.

Dislikes

They always listen the client whether it is good for employees or not. What client said employee has to follow.

It's a good company to start your career as it gives you great opportunity to work independently.

Dislikes

Appraisal policy is something which is not clear yet and also don't have the additional benefits and perks.

Incompetent and very poor senior management Policies are not employee centric Employees are just treated as meagre tools and resources The organisation policies changes at the will of management without even thinking the impact it will have on employees work. Join only if you don't have any other better offer in your hand ( if you have worked in an better MNC culture, one will not like the culture in this organisation) No support from your reporting manager, they will try to put the entire blame on you even its not your fault.
