Good work life balance. There is wealth of knowledge that you can gain from the senior developers, provided you exhibit the enthusiasm to learn and improve your skills. Given the small team size, there are not too many people to hand hold you all the time. So staying motivated to invest in self learning is crucial. The seniors in team are supportive, but they encourage you to take initiative and seek solution before seeking their inputs....Read More

The management can focus a little on creating avenues for team to meet and bond outside of the workfloor as well.
