Zomato's Apology🫨
I recently came across a post about Zomato. They added an extra fee for their vegetarian delivery service, which upset a lot of vegetarians. Many felt it was like a "luxury tax" for choosing plant-based meals.
The good news?
Zomato’s CEO, Deepinder Goyal, has already apologized for the move and assured everyone it’ll be fixed soon. It’s great to see quick accountability and a willingness to address concerns.
