Compensation is decent, but growth is slow.The work presssure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work14-17 hours straight in a day as I have to attent client / status recv. Calls in the evening and sometomes late io to the night.Managers and managememt do not value an individuals unique strengths, which is why I have to take back mysuggestionsmost of the times. I do receive sppreciations emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraissls.
