I enjoying the people I working with. It is a friendly and fun atmosphere. And I actually enjoying going to work each morning. I feel that our leadership team is great too,They know all of there employees on Frist name basis and trying to make those parsonal connection.I also enjoying the fact that the office trying to do community utreach with local organisations.

Dislikes

One of the reason I want to leaving is that I felt I was not changed enough at the job, As a new employee in working world the company offered me a great opportunity for good entry lavel position, one I'm always grateful for, however after being there for two year, i felt I was not able to fulfill all of my potential because of reallack of challenge. i feel my skill set can be better employed elsewhere.
