The work life balance is excellent and the work culture is supportive and collaborative. The work life balance is something that I really appreciate. Great atmosphere for work and life balance. They give scope for sales people to perform but at the same very competitive. It's not a place for people to chill; I was asked to perform from week 1 which was challenging but learnt a lot and started doing well. Senior people are very friendly. All teams friendly
