He will focus on this thing that clients got this mail id rather than focusing on how to resolve this issue. f) Even person who works in customer support that person is full of attitude of no point that too. That person talks so rudely to clients without any reason. They think of themself so intelligent and awesome that no one can beat them. hahahaha Hr are also not listening to employees they are just blindly following what managers are asking to do with employees like giving PIP without any reason. The work environment is highly toxic, with a lack of professionalism and respect for employees. Job security is virtually non-existent, and there is a significant amount of office politics and favoritism, which creates an unfair and demotivating atmosphere. One of the biggest issues is the complete disregard for work-life balance. Employees are frequently contacted after working hours, and there is no respect for personal time. This has led to increased stress and burnout among team members. Additionally, there is no emphasis on skill development or career growth, which makes it difficult to see a future here. The behavior of some higher officials is unprofessional and unacceptable. The use of derogatory language and disrespectful remarks creates a hostile work environment.
