Totally dissatisfied with my experience at this company due to several key issues. There is a lack of job satisfaction, as the work environment is not fulfilling or rewarding. The work-life balance is virtually nonexistent, with long hours and little regard for personal time. Additionally, there is a significant amount of favoritismwithin the workplace, where only certain employees seem to get priority, regardless of their performance or contributions. Favouritism. Some people get undue promotions because of their closeness to leadership. Few people in the leadership ( especially one new Engagement Manager) is so operationally illiterate and tone-deaf that half of his team left/leaving within 2-3 months of him joining the organization. Hope the Managing Partners fix it.

Many things: 1. Compensation is very poor 2. Engagement Manager knows nothing - no logic - no numbers - nothing. And she does nothing about it too. But the brunt of quality of work is on you.
