Pretty much everything is atrocious. Only join if you are friends with senior management. Terrible salary with no benefits. Diwali bonus is Rs. 1000 Amazon gift card. We pay our maid more than that. When they need extra work done they say we are a family and after they get work done, there's no overtime nor do they adjust targets. Regular Connect with the leads is one of the great feature of this company. Leaders along with Owner of the firm connect with all and share the progress and planning of all process and growth related to the company. Leave policy is one of the best.
