Just for the 3 year band, people are suffering here.other wise no one will like to work here. 1. 3 year course 2. Irritating environment 3.if your are laughing in office you will targeted by HR 4.no work life balance. You should be present when your lead or manager call even when your home. 5. My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved. I need your advice on if I should ask same 28 LPA or look for 10-20% hike?
