For Zensar employees only enjoying the Job Not contract employes. Too much partialities.

Dislikes

Don’t hire contract employees, they are facing lot of problems. I request to HR, please inform to CEO regarding this problems. No leaves, no benefits and manager talking with Zensar employees only and he is always accepting fals informations only.manager name Ravichandra Jayaraz

Most political and unethical company I've ever worked for. Insecure and incompetent higher management will only care about their interest. Bootlickers thrive in this company whereas sincere and honest employees struggle to survive.

Cheapest joining kit. Expensive food. Free Cab for few projects only. My project have free Cab A great company can be horrible with a d*ckhead manager. CJ is the same manager. Jolly in outside, cripple inside Proper chhapri, made his gang of spoons. Only allows cabs to them. Doesn't allow for others even when it's free for all employees. Won't reply your pigs/ mails. Hire and fire policy makes Zensar really worst company. In terms of appraisal and promotion you have to be very close to managers and one big lot is sitting on top which don't allow you to grow.

Sufficient leaves Conditional WFH

Dislikes

Senior technical folks should avoid this company at all cost. They don't have many projects and their bench policy is a joke. So once you are out of project, you better run for your life. Moreover its a pity that their management and HR is involved in "Stealth sackings" and "quite firing". They won't even give you a notice period to find new job.
