They train u on some Technology later on they will never allot u for any projects for around 6-7 mnths and later one fine day they will call us ask us do give resignation.Only few are alloted to projects that too not on the trained Technology for example trainned in Java full stack for 2.5 mnths later on alloted with technical support and to the testing department.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
