Most political and unethical company I've ever worked for. Insecure and incompetent higher management will only care about their interest. Bootlickers thrive in this company whereas sincere and honest employees struggle to survive.

Senior technical folks should avoid this company at all cost. They don't have many projects and their bench policy is a joke. So once you are out of project, you better run for your life. Moreover its a pity that their management and HR is involved in "Stealth sackings" and "quite firing". They won't even give you a notice period to find new job.

Zensar Technologies is a very good company. We can maintain work life balance while working here. Salary structure and in-hand salary is quite good. Pune campuse is awesome. Learning and skill development wise also we can explore much. Everything is very good and awesome working experience I have here.

Project management worst Basic technical skills lacking with tech team. No value for good technical people. Value only for those who lack skills but know how to play political games or who are keen to managers. People not open for accepting good suggestions. This is my personal experience. Good Hikes If You Deliver (10% Min)

Not enough good projects to move internally. No recognition culture. No wellness allowance of greating culture. My team is the best performing team in the entire account but still... No one in my team got get a single appreciation. We did not get a single team lunch/dinner. Not even any goodies in 5 years.
