As a new mom, I am thankful of their support for women returning from maternity leave. I receive 26 weeks of paid maternity leave that lets me focus on my baby without worrying about work. I also requested to extend my leave for another few weeks and thanks to them they granted that. I also received a decent part of my salary during that time. which was a huge help. Thanks a lot . Firstly, I'm happy working here as compared to many other comments I see here. The company culture is open, you can speak your mind even to the founder and chro in their 1:1. The team is good and driven. The infrastructure is okay. While it might not be as flashy as some other startups, it is functional and meets the basic needs.
