Yubi's structure is built across multiple business. There is a chance to learn about all parts of the credit industry. Being a platform org there is a strong exposure to Tech driven solutioning. The company's growth from Rs 25 crore to Rs 490 in just four years is impressive. This fast growth and good esop value for everyone at IPO.

Firstly, I'm happy working here as compared to many other comments I see here. The company culture is open, you can speak your mind even to the founder and chro in their 1:1. The team is good and driven. The infrastructure is okay. While it might not be as flashy as some other startups, it is functional and meets the basic needs. Transparency in work priority/allocation and the slow process need to improve. Weekend calls are common and should be stopped.

I really appreciate the medical coverage, especially in uncertain times with good leaves policy. Overall, it's a decent place to work, and grow fast if you are a hustler.
