I think, if they are expecting something from employees, they should be clear with their requirements and should consider investing in initiatives that would make it easy for employees to progress, Give us clarity on what skills you need us to focus on more that would be helpful for the company.

However, involvement in office politics can create an unprofessional atmosphere, so it’s best to stay focused on work. The pay is one of the best you’ll find in the industry, which adds to the overall appeal.

I joined here through campus placement and good support especially from my seniors from college. Get to deal with senior client executives. Family health insurance is good. Good place for freshers who want to build a strong portfolio and advance quickly in their careers.

Can feel overwhelming at the start. Be ready to come out of your comfort zone. Saturdays working for sales team. Stretched sales targets.
