As a startup, the environment is challenging and has autonomy to operate. I get to manage my tasks around my own schedule. Helps a lot with delivering quality outputs. Leaders appreciate and actively acknowledge and praise hard work. Good Esops and comp as compared to the market. IPO plans should create good value in 2 yrs.

Dislikes

You need to get used to the hustle culture and handling pressure if you want to work in a startup. Frequent change in timelines disrupts plans. Too many meetings

Professional corporate environment. There is room for growth if you take initiative. Can take up courses while working with company support.

Dislikes

Working overtime is common and you need to make time for learning. Managers responses are very slow until there is an emergency.

The work exposure is very good, especially for freshers. You get to learn directly from people with years of experience in the financial markets. The pay and monetary benefits are also nice.
