I have got the opportunities to work with some of the best clients and I genuinely feel like there is so much to learn. Work atmosphere is great,you can get support and guidance from seniors if you know how to open up about your issues. Most of the policies decent and you get the liberty to do your work your way, but performance must be good to get rewards.

The team culture is nice, you get to take ownership of projects and see them through from start to finish. My leader sets clear expectations. Appreciation and Rewards have improved significantly. Good esops and hike.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
