Work is detailed. Working on fintech projects that are demanding. Your work dedication speaks everything. You need to deliver results and that's all that matters here. Culture of this place is good. Benefits especially healthcare ones are much better and very attractive.

No work-life balance. Just work and work. Deadlines are strict to follow. Don't expect everyone to be always good to you. People's behaviour keeps on changing

The leave policy is poor. Getting leave approval is difficult, and you still get calls when on leave. You can only take 2 days off for religious or other occasions, with few holidays. Deadlines are too tight. There's no time for proper work, and features are undone due to unclear requirements. There's no learning or growth in my team.
