Completed 2 years in this company and still working. I've improved a lot knowledgewise. Leaders are focused and direct us wherever required. We have good team collaboration. Teamwork is strong and we support each other.

Dislikes

In 2 years I realized that this place gives importance to knowledge upgradation. You need to keep up with learning something new. Sometimes team conflicts can happen..

Likes

Exposure is good in terms of clients and technology. You will not be stuck doing the same thing for a long time. If you work hard, they make it clear that growth and advancement are possible here. And they support it with training and mentorship along the way. If you give results and working hard, they offer good support and guidance to improve and get promoted.

Dislikes

More preference is given to older employees which feels like favouritism is happening in office.

Likes

Good benefits, good company progress, positive vision of the CEO, has all the marking of a good to great company set up.

Dislikes

Some leaders are toxic and hence spoil the environment which is otherwise ok. WFO is mandatory which seems insensitive. Pull back on a lot of benefits, hope they will be back once all is good.
