Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. Their advertisement shows a fixed stipend of 5-10K, which is not the case. They use you to sell their course to others & pay you a commission if you successfully sold. In the beginning, they will honey coat their words like they will teach you leadership skills, communication skills & stuff, but that's not the case.
