The company believes in open culture and very employee friendly. Work life balance is very good here. During this pandemic we are asked to work from home without streching working hours. Even amid corona situation company is agreed upon yearly hike.

The only good thing about YASH is that you have a job rather than being jobless.

Dislikes

The management is a mess. Too much politics in team. I was fortunately working from a client location and my manager was extremely good. The day my project got over and my previous manager left the company I came to know about the internal politics of YASH. They don't have stable projects. They keep moving there employees to different cities. The compensation they provide for it is less than you spend. Every thing is centralised and even for small approval it had to come from VP which just delays everything....Read More

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
