Highly`Unprofessional..I had cleared all 3 rounds of interviews and after that, they kept me hanging for over a month saying that it is getting delayed because of the offer approval. That was the worst experience ever because they don't even have the courtesy to respond back to the messages and emails. Not much I can remember, the experience was bad for me. Team culture was very orthodox and they didn't have respect across level. Senior would belittle and create pressure on freshers/juniors.

Dislikes

Bad work culture, senior eould treat juniors like trash and load them with work. Manager was of no use, always relied on other people's word and never had any review meeting. Office is very dull in Hyderabad, looks like government office from 90s. Management is bad as well, didn't have many projects and if on bench they will unnecessary call you back to base location to attend office daily.

If you put resignation they have some policy where they can release you on the same day without paying since rupee.....I got forcefully kicked off after resigning in 30 days....and they didn't even inform me in advance ...I got notified 2 days prior....it was heartbreaking for me... Manager, sr manager, hrs ...entire hierarchy should be kicked off...they are simply useless without humanity...
