Job security is good, nice work culture and management are supportive but this is not applicable to the Mumbai location. Mumbai location employees are working under extreme pressure and not guaranteed Saturday and Sunday leave. no new joining to Mumbai location due to this one employee has to handle more than 10 clients. a working hour at Mumbai location on an avg. 11 - 12 hrs. weekly hours more than 60+. Note: no salary on Sat and Sunday work and this review is particularly applicable for the Mumbai location. other locations are very good no issue with other locations. No such as only extreme pressure is the only concern as I worked on Saturday and Sunday during the covid time ( almost all Saturday and Sunday to deliver the object)
