Poor environment, lack of Gap in the hospitality and basic needs. Not even having a glass in the dining hall. Worst HR management, after onboarding to job, there is no proper support from them. Company is running 20 years behind in work culture, employee engagement programmes, there is no transparency to employees in financial statements.

Colleagues are too good. Sinior,HR, Admin, and all staff are so much good. Specifically working in under of Krishna Murti sir is very challenging and motivating opportunity I think. If you want to get hire there please check first whether the hiring is happening in under the K K sir.

Needs to make positive environment not a stressful,Non-friendly. Needs to develop motivation skills. And most important thing don't hire if you don't really have need of hire or projects.
