Nothing Line leaders call workers out, make them stand out of the line and insult if workers couldn't complete those dead hard targets No value for education Those uneducated who joined in initial days of company establishment are the one to dominate Educated new joiners They don't value degree holders because they couldn't be one. Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
