Our workweek structure promotes a healthy work-life balance, and we do not operate on a 7-day workweek. While we emphasize discipline in terms of punctuality and leave management, our colleagues have the flexibility to choose their designated day off. We expect all team members to maintain a standard of discipline, professionalism, and meet the outcomes expected in their roles. If these basic expectations are not met, we may need to take appropriate action. The dissatisfaction expressed seems to stem from our consistent reinforcement of essential conduct and behavior aligned with our values.
