I have choose this company because of my career growth . I have noticed lot of people working in this company for decades and they also got promoted in several departments. It's a good opportunity to work in this company.

Dislikes

I really hate about the y-axis management . Most of the people work for a long time in this company because of favourism. The team leader are really suck and don't even bother about how the person is working. They need only favourism in terms of support to the team leaders even if they are wrong.

Management doesn’t care about you, cut your salary if you are late by 15 minutes, you cannot open blinds in the office, you cannot carry your phones inside, POSH complaints are not taken seriously, they will not give you wfh even if you had a baby. They hire interns to do scrut work just to fire them in six months even though they promise you that your internship will get converted into a full time role.
