Every client receives accurate counseling, clearly documented deliverables, and an invoice with a Service Level Agreement (SLA). Our automated systems ensure consistent updates, keeping clients informed at every step. This commitment extends to our employees as well. During recruitment, we provide a clear outline of job expectations and employment terms for review and agreement. Joining Y-Axis is a voluntary decision made with a full understanding of responsibilities. While we offer strong support and tools to enable success from day one, we also expect diligence and performance. Complacency and unproductive behavior are not aligned with our values. As you rightly pointed out, there is immense earning potential along with continuous learning and growth opportunities. Many employees earn commissions amounting to 50-60% or even up to 100% of their base salaries through transparent, technology-driven incentive structures that eliminate human bias. We encourage a structured, goal-oriented approach to work. Consistency and focus help manage deliverables effectively and reduce work pressure. While we provide regular feedback for improvement, challenges may arise when feedback is not acted upon. At Y-Axis, we are equally committed to fostering a healthy work-life balance. Our structured workweek prevents excessive work hours and seven-day schedules. While punctuality and leave management are important, this flexibility ensures a balance between professional and personal commitments. Dear Colleague, We greatly appreciate your acknowledgment of our company as a great place to work and the supportive leadership and learning opportunities you experienced during your tenure. Learning is a core value for us, and we invest significantly in training. We schedule monthly training sessions and refreshers to empower our team with knowledge, and we are glad to hear that you found this beneficial. Our workweek is intentionally structured to support a healthy work-life balance. We expect everyone to be disciplined, professional and responsible at work. Feedback being given on adherence to policies & performance should not be misconstrued as impertinence, politics or lack of management. Feedback is not always easy to accept, however, constructive feedback is given to reiterate desired behaviours and for positive growth Our policies are fair and transparent, communicated through extensive orientation, regular surveys, and ongoing check-ins by HR. The policies are accessible via our HRMS system at all times. We do not penalize anyone who does their job with diligence and responsibly. We have a rewarding work culture and a very aggressive incentive system. The dissatisfaction expressed here we see has come from the constant reiteration of essential conduct and behaviour, in line with our values.
