What You’ll Do
Product Thinking & AI Integration

Conceptualize, develop, and deploy AI-powered tools and automation that improve customer and
employee experiences.
Collaborate with engineering teams to design and implement AI-driven solutions (e.g., chatbots,
predictive analytics, recommendation engines).
Problem-Solving & Ownership

Define and manage the entire product lifecycle—from identifying pain points to delivering high-impact
solutions.
•
Own the roadmap, ensuring that features/products drive business value and user adoption.
Stakeholder Management & Collaboration

Work closely with users (customers, employees) and internal teams to identify and solve key
challenges.
Conduct design sprints, prototyping, and usability testing to validate ideas before full-scale
implementation.
Data-Driven Decisions & Adoption Metrics

Ensure high Usage, Users, and Uses of built tools/products.
Utilize data insights, analytics, and user feedback to continuously refine and enhance AI-driven
systems.
Must-Have Skills

AI & Automation Mindset – Experience with AI-driven products, automation tools, or
decision-making.
End-to-End Product Ownership – Proven ability to build, launch, and scale products, ensuring adoption
and engagement.

Hands-on with Tech – Familiarity with SQL, Power BI, APIs, JIRA, Confluence.
Agile Product Development – Experience in Scrum methodologies, backlog management, and rapid
iterations.

Preferred Qualifications (Bonus)

Experience in EdTech, HRTech, SaaS, or AI-based startups.
Background in Data Science, AI/ML tools, or Automation.
Familiarity with LLMs (e.g., GPT-4), NLP, or AI-based recommendation systems.
Industry Preference:
EdTech, HRTech, SaaS, AI-Driven Platforms (Not BFSI-Only).
