About the Role

We are looking for a Web Manager to join our website team. The role is to manage the overall operations of the web, from managing various web projects to strategy implementation and driving development. 

Website Manager role include

• Track website stats.
• Track landing to transaction of each channel.
• Ensure all forms and buttons are working to close the loop for transactions, enquiries.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently manage and serve as main contact for assigned web marketing projects and initiatives for the Study Overseas department.
• Oversee and help develop strategies for content management, digital marketing, optimise web performance, user engagement, customer acquisition and meet ROI targets. 
• Collaborate with multiple cross-functional teams to coordinate brand stories, key product messaging, timelines, campaigns and marketing.
• Work with Analytics team to analyze web traffic and metrics and drive recommendations to achieve web goals.
• To supervise the activity of the web team; define work plans, delegate work and monitor progress.

Requirement

• Minimum 4-7 years of Web Application experience, including Hands-on experience in developing large-scale web-based applications.
• Knowledge of website development processes and project management. Thorough knowledge of the software development lifecycle, QA and test methodologies and processes.
• Proven business skills and demonstrated ability to understand technology, including database structures and site architectures.
• Strong knowledge of latest Microsoft technologies including: ASP.NET, VB.NET, C#, MS-SQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Ajax.
• Knowledge of best practices for SEO, HTML, multimedia integration for various digital channels, web governance and information architecture.
• Knowledge of social media integration and social media best practices.
• Strong understanding of design and landing page optimization.
• Very strong analytical skills.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, multitasking, project and time management skills.
• Proven management and leadership skills of technical and non-technical teams.

What We’re Looking For

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Experience:  minimum of 8+ years of experience as Website Manager

Skills:

• Expertise in CMS platforms (Drupal, WordPress, Joomla or other content management systems).
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP for troubleshooting and customizations.
• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.).
• Knowledge of website hosting (AWS, SiteGround, Cloudflare, etc.).
• Familiarity with lead tracking, CRM integration, and website automation.
