Abouꢀ ꢀhe Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analyꢀcal Business Analyst with 1-4 years oꢁ experience to
join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze
business processes, and support data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong
problem-solving skills, the ability to translate business needs into technical soluꢀons, and a
proacꢀve aꢂtude towards conꢀnuous improvement.
Key Responsibilites
• Requiremenꢀs Gaꢀhering: Collaborate with stakeholders to idenꢀꢁy and document business
requirements, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Daꢀa Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret data to idenꢀꢁy trends, paꢃerns, and insights
that inꢁorm business decisions.
• Process Mapping and Improvemenꢀ: Document and map current business processes,
idenꢀꢁy inefficiencies, and suggest improvements to opꢀmize workflow and increase
efficiency.
• Reportng: Prepare and present clear, data-driven reports and dashboards to stakeholders
to support strategic and operaꢀonal decision-making.
• Sꢀakeholder Communicaton: Act as a bridge between technical teams and business
stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding oꢁ requirements and soluꢀons.
• Testng and Validaton: Assist in system tesꢀng and validaꢀon to ensure that soluꢀons meet
business requirements and quality standards.
• Projecꢀ Supporꢀ: Support project management acꢀviꢀes, including ꢀmelines, deliverables,
and tracking project progress.
Qualificatons
• Educaton: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Inꢁormaꢀon Systems, or related field.
• Experience: 1-4 years oꢁ relevant experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.

• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI).
• Basic understanding oꢁ database concepts and data visualizaꢀon tools.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello) is a plus.
• Analytcal Skills: Strong analyꢀcal and criꢀcal thinking skills, with a detail-oriented
approach to problem-solving.
• Communicaton Skills: Excellent wriꢃen and verbal communicaꢀon skills with the ability to
clearly present findings and soluꢀons to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Adapꢀabiliꢀy: Ability to adapt to changing business needs and work in a dynamic
environment.
Preferred Skills
• Knowledge oꢁ Agile methodologies.
• Experience with process improvement methodologies, such as Lean or Six Sigma.
• Basic understanding oꢁ programming languages like Java, Python or R (not mandatory but
beneficial).
