PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
As part of the Technology group, we are seeking to hire Junior Business Analysts who are knowledgeable on investment management
domain and has fair understanding of the financial market. You will be responsible for:
Liaising with Business Analysts and the management to gather requirements
Liaising with the internal technical team wherever necessary and get things done
Working in tangent with other teams and team members working for the same projects
Reviewing and identifying business operational areas that need improvements and propose appropriate action plans
Participating in business planning meetings and prioritizing business needs and setting business goals
Assessing business challenges and risks and develop mitigation plans
Reviewing and identifying business gaps that need improvements and propose appropriate action plans
Any other assignments given by the management from time to time

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
Smart candidates who can think logically
Good understanding of the Business Analyst role
A good understanding of investment concepts and theory on investment management.
Graduates with finance specialization having electives related to financial markets, security analysis and portfolio management.
Must possess strong analytical skills and leadership qualities to grow into leadership positions.
Strong written, verbal and presentation skills.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Candidates from B.Com/BBA/BBM or MBA (Finance) with Nil arrears
CFA (Level I or II or III), FRM, CIPM, or any certification or degree related to Investment Management domain will be a big
advantage.
