Role & responsibilities

Recruiting experience focused on technical profiles and non-technical for the Company.

Conduct initial phone interviews to assess the candidate's skills, experience, and interest

Partner with hiring managers and HR to negotiate and finalise offers for candidates

Manage the interview process and ensure excellent customer service

Manage daily, weekly and monthly reports for management

Source qualified candidates, review resumes, and pre-screen candidates while moving the interview process forward promptly

Required Candidate profile

2 Years of work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role

Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases

Experience with sourcing techniques

Good verbal and written communication skills with sound judgment
