Job Title: Technical Corporate Trainer

experienced Technical Corporate Trainer to join our Learning & Development team to
ensure that our employees are equipped with the technical expertise needed to succeed in a
fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
Job Overview:
The Technical Corporate Trainer will play a critical role in enhancing the technical
acumen of employees across all departments, particularly in relation to our SaaS products,
tools, and platforms. This role involves designing, delivering, and continuously improving
training programs tailored to different skill levels, from technical support teams to software
engineers and sales staff. You will collaborate closely with product teams, customer support,
and engineering teams to ensure that all employees understand the technical details of our
solutions and can use them to drive customer success.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design and Develop Training Programs:
• Develop comprehensive training programs and materials (e.g., presentations,
documentation, video tutorials) focused on SaaS products, features, and integrations.
• Tailor training materials for different audiences, including customer support, sales
teams, product managers, and technical staff, ensuring relevance and accessibility.
• Create scenario-based training modules, troubleshooting guides, and best practice
documents that improve hands-on usage and understanding of the SaaS platform.
2. Deliver Technical Training Sessions:
• Lead training workshops, webinars, and on-demand courses for teams on
using and supporting SaaS-based applications, tools, and platforms.

  • Provide instructor-led training (ILT) sessions as well as virtual and hybrid learning
    experiences to ensure scalability across global teams.
    • Offer role-specific training, such as for customer support on troubleshooting, for sales
    on technical product features, or for product teams on SaaS infrastructure.
    3. Onboarding and Continuous Learning:
    • Design and execute comprehensive onboarding training for new hires, ensuring they
    gain proficiency in our SaaS products and tools quickly and effectively.
    • Foster a culture of continuous learning by creating advanced, ongoing training
    programs to keep staff up-to-date with product updates, new features, and evolving
    technologies.
    4. Assess Training Effectiveness and Gather Feedback:
    • Conduct pre- and post-training assessments to evaluate knowledge retention and skill
    application.
    • Gather feedback from participants to refine and enhance training content, delivery
    methods, and overall effectiveness.
    • Develop metrics and KPIs to assess the impact of training programs on performance,
    customer satisfaction, and internal productivity.
    5. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams:
    • Work closely with product managers, engineers, and customer support teams to stay
    updated on product features, customer pain points, and upcoming releases, ensuring
    training is aligned with the latest developments.
    • Support the creation of knowledge bases and self-service resources for internal and
    external users, including FAQs, troubleshooting guides, and "how-to" videos.
    6. Knowledge Management and Documentation:
    • Maintain and update a repository of training materials, documentation, and video
    tutorials to ensure the most current information is available for employees.
    • Create and manage a structured learning path for different employee roles, ensuring
    that there is a clear roadmap for skill development.
    7. Troubleshooting and Technical Support:
    • Provide post-training support for employees to help troubleshoot issues related to
    SaaS products and systems.
    • Offer expert guidance during hands-on training sessions to resolve real-time issues
    and challenges.
    8. Stay Current with Industry Trends:
    • Continuously update training content to reflect the latest trends in SaaS technologies,
    industry best practices, and software development methodologies.
    • Participate in relevant industry events, webinars, and conferences to maintain cutting-
    edge knowledge of the SaaS ecosystem.

Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or
related field.
• 2-5 years of experience as a technical trainer, instructional designer, or in a similar
role, with a focus on SaaS applications and technologies or with a strong background
in technical subject matter .
• Experience working with enterprise-level SaaS platforms is highly desirable (e.g.,
Salesforce, HubSpot, AWS, etc.).
Technical Skills:
• Strong understanding of cloud-based applications, SaaS platforms, software
architecture, APIs, integrations, and data security.
• Familiarity with SaaS-specific tools (e.g., Jira, Zen desk, AWS, Azure) and customer-
facing technologies.
• Knowledge of web technologies, HTML, CSS, APIs, and web services is a plus.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS), virtual training platforms
(Zoom, MS Teams), and authoring tools (Articulate, Camtasia, etc.).
• Having knowledge on Full stack development.
Soft Skills:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex
technical concepts in simple, understandable terms.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with experience delivering training to
diverse audiences, including technical and non-technical employees.
• Analytical mind set with the ability to assess training effectiveness and make data-
driven improvements.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a cross-functional team in a fast-
paced, dynamic environment.
