We are looking for a dynamic Recruitment Specialist with a minimum of 3 years of experience in hiring and recruitment operations. The ideal candidate will manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, extending offers, and facilitating onboarding. Key Responsibilities:
Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a smooth experience for candidates.
Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various sourcing strategies, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to attract top talent.
Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
Scheduling Interviews: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring all parties are informed and prepared.
Offer Management: Prepare and extend offer letters to selected candidates, negotiating terms as necessary.
Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company and helping them integrate into the team.
Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Employer Branding: Promote the companyemployer brand and culture through various channels to attract potential candidates.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Requirements
Bachelordegree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or related roles.
Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools; familiarity with HR software is a plus.
Ability to assess technical skills and evaluate candidates for cultural fit.
Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with candidates and stakeholders.
