About the Role. We are seeking a driven Recruitment Specialist to join our global HR team. In this role, you will lead recruitment efforts for the APAC region, collaborating closely with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to attract and select top talent. Additionally, a portion of your time will be dedicated to supporting office management, ensuring smooth operations.

Driving and leading recruitment for the APAC region, taking overall accountability for delivering the recruitment plan. Developing creative sourcing strategies and partnering with hiring managers to fill roles quickly and with top-quality candidates. Direct sourcing potential candidates through job portals, social media, and other creative approaches. Building strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and exceed expectations.
Ensuring and maintaining a robust pipeline of qualified candidates to react quickly to changing demand and requirements. Maintaining data, reporting, and hiring metrics on a regular basis. Participating in HR projects. Daily communication with candidates setting up interviews, whilst providing a great candidate experience.
Creating, posting, and promoting job openings through Naukri, LinkedIn, social media, etc Offer management and pre-onboarding of new employees. Staying informed and advising on the latest recruiting trends and market movements. Support office management activities and employee engagement initiatives. Facilitating and coordinating ad-hoc tasks during events, sports activities, and any company-level meetups as well as helping with the overall organization.
Competencies: Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities. At least 3 to 5 years of relevant recruiting experience, preferably in the IT industry. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to interpret business needs and suggest and/or implement creative solutions partnering with the business leaders. Ability to maintain confidentiality and secure sensitive information and data. Experience of working as part of a virtual or global team. Ambitious, confident, and driven demeanor, able to converse confidently with stakeholders and influence decisions.
Skilled in managing day-to-day office operations, ensuring a productive environment. Experience in maintaining office supplies, equipment, and coordinating with vendors and building management.
