Role & responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Manage end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with department heads to assess hiring needs and workforce planning.

2. Employee Relations & Engagement:

• Act as a point of contact for employee queries, concerns, and grievances.
• Foster a positive work environment through employee engagement initiatives.
• Organize team-building activities, workshops, and employee welfare programs.

3. Performance Management & Training:

• Develop and oversee the performance appraisal system.
• Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
• Work closely with leadership to identify employee growth and succession planning.

4. Compensation & Benefits:

• Oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance with labour laws.
• Manage employee benefits, leaves, and insurance policies.
• Develop competitive compensation strategies aligned with industry standards.

5. Compliance & Policies:

• Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
• Update HR policies and handbooks as needed.
• Manage disciplinary procedures in alignment with company guidelines.

6. HR Analytics & Reporting:

• Maintain HR dashboards and generate reports on workforce metrics.
• Analyse HR trends to improve organisational efficiency.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelors/Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in HR management, preferably in software domain/SaaS
• Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in HR software (HRIS, ATS, Payroll tools).

• Have demonstrated working in a high-performance environment.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders efficiently.
