Job Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition :
Assist in workforce planning and recruitment processes.
Design Job Description and shortlist and screen resumes.
Conduct interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
Negotiate salary and conduct reference check.
2. Onboarding and Induction:
Manage end to end onboarding process for all the new hires.
Conduct and facilitate induction sessions to familiarize new employees with Business structure, company policies, culture, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
Employee Integration: Collaborate with managers to support new hire integration through buddy programs, team introductions.
3.Employee Relations & Engagement:
Address employee concerns and grievances in a timely manner.
Develop and implement programs that foster a positive company culture, improve employee morale, and increase retention.
Organize employee recognition programs and team-building events.
4. Performance Management:
SMART Key result areas to be defined at all levels across departments and implementation of the same.
Assist in implementation of biannual appraisal system.
Provide guidance on performance assessment.
5. Training & Development:
Identify training needs and organize learning programs.
Support career development initiatives.
Maintain training records and feedback assessments.
Assist in post training evaluation.
6. HR Policies & Compliance:
Ensure adherence to company policies and labor laws.
Maintain employee records, HR documentation and database.
Assist in audits and compliance reporting.
Update HR policies regularly.
7. HR Operations:
Accurate and timely data to be provided for payroll processing to the payroll service provider on a monthly basis.
Ensure compliance with compensation policies.
Manage end to end employee life cycle in the organization.
Error free letters to be issued (from pre joining to exit)
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Desired Skills:
2-5 years of experience in HR roles.
Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite.
