Sr.HR Executive/Assistant Manager(Andheri East-Mumbai)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and on boarding candidates.
• Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
• Manage job postings, career fairs, and employer branding initiatives.

2. Employee Relations & Engagement:

• Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and grievances.
• Organize employee engagement activities, team-building events, and wellness programs.
• Support initiatives to enhance workplace culture and morale.

3. Training & Development:

• Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs.
• Organize training sessions, workshops, and orientation programs for employees.
• Maintain training records and evaluate training effectiveness.

4. HR Policies & Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Assist in updating and implementing HR policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Handle disciplinary actions and policy violations professionally.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Bachelors/Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 7-9 years of HR experience, preferably in a similar role.
• Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
