Job Description
- Must have hands of experience in using Naukri.com/ Job sites/ Consultants, to source relevant
- Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
- Source and attract candidates by using databases, Job Portal & strong Networking
- Screen candidates resumes and job applications and assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience
- Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
- End to End Recruitment including Sourcing of profiles from various mediums
- Making trackers and end to end follow-up & Coordination with candidate
- Daily minimum 6-7 lineups as per
- Prepare and maintain the backups for every
- Ready to work with deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Multitasking and Time Management
- Negotiation Skills
- Familiarity with HR databases
- Bachelor s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 7 years of recruiting experience preferred (IT Company)
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
- Health Insurance
