Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone calls, emails, and chats to resolve their issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information on products/services to customers through various communication channels (voice process).
  • Utilize blended processes to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high-quality service standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily targets and improve overall performance metrics.
  • Maintain records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Ability to work on US processes, international voice processing, email support, and chat processes.
  • Strong understanding of CCE/CSE/CSA principles for efficient issue resolution.
  • Fluent English language skills for effective communication with clients worldwide.
  • 1-4 years of experience in international BPO or call center environment.
