About the Role:
We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst to join our growing SaaS team. You will
play a critical role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. This
role involves gathering requirements, analysing workflows, and working closely with
Founders, Product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless
implementation of software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
 Requirement Gathering & Analysis
ï‚• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business and technical
requirements.
ï‚• Analyse complex workflows and recommend scalable solutions.
ï‚• Define user stories, process flows, and system specifications.
 Technical & Functional Analysis
ï‚• Work closely with engineering teams to translate business needs into technical
solutions.
ï‚• Assist in designing system integrations, APIs, and data models.
ï‚• Conduct impact analysis for system changes and enhancements.
 Project Coordination & Stakeholder Management
ï‚• Act as a liaison between business teams, product managers, and development teams.
ï‚• Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings, ensuring alignment between technical teams and
business goals.
ï‚• Track project progress and manage expectations with stakeholders.
 Testing & Quality Assurance
ï‚• Define test cases and validate system functionality against business requirements.
ï‚• Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and troubleshoot issues.
ï‚• Ensure data integrity, compliance, and security best practices.


 Documentation & Reporting
ï‚• Maintain clear documentation, including BRDs (Business Requirements Documents),
FRDs (Functional Requirement Documents), and technical specifications.
ï‚• Create process flow diagrams, wireframes, and mockups.
ï‚• Provide insights using data analytics and business intelligence tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
✅ Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related
field.
ï‚• 2-5years of experience as a Business Analyst/Technical Business Analyst in a SaaS
or software-driven environment.

✅ Technical Skills:

ï‚• Strong understanding of SaaS platforms, APIs, and cloud-based applications.
ï‚• Hands-on experience with Task Allocation, Problem analysis, SQL, work closely
with developers.
ï‚• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
ï‚• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management tools.
ï‚• Basic knowledge of JSON, REST APIs, and system integrations is a plus.
