Job Summary :
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive IT & Office Administrator to oversee our IT
infrastructure and manage office operations. This role involves maintaining IT systems,
providing user support, ensuring office efficiency, and coordinating administrative tasks. The
ideal candidate should be tech-savvy, organized, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced
environment.
Key Responsibilities :
IT & Administration
1. Ensure the smooth operation of servers, including configuration, maintenance and
troubleshooting. Conduct troubleshooting for laptops, networked printers, and software
issues
2. Configure, maintain, and monitor firewalls to ensure network security and prevent
unauthorized access.
3. Provide technical support for internal staff and assist with resolving technical issues,
both hardware and software-related.
4. Perform system upgrades, patches, and routine maintenance to ensure all IT systems
are up to date and secure.
5. Prepare and configure PC setups for new employees, ensuring that all hardware is
functioning correctly and is ready for use.
6. Maintain and manage laptops, including regular updates and repairs, to ensure optimal
performance and longevity of devices.
7. Keep meticulous records of laptop issuance and returns, managing the inventory
effectively.
8. Conduct troubleshooting for laptops, networked printers, and software issues, including
resolving Microsoft licensing, Outlook email errors, and OneDrive issues.
9. Manage VPN connections, including keeping records and resolving connectivity or
intranet-related issues.
10. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, calls, and mail.
11. Respond to and resolve monitoring alerts for servers, network equipment, backup
systems, and anti-virus software.
12. Maintain office security, visitor management, and employee access systems.
13. Manage Exchange user mailboxes including setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Oversee daily office operations to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment.
14. Manage office supplies, vendor relations, and facility maintenance and assist in
organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business
Administration, or a related field.
2. 3-5 years of experience in IT support and office administration.
3. Strong understanding of IT systems, networking, and troubleshooting.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and IT support tools.
5. Strong problem-solving ability with attention to detail.
