Summary
- The User and Endpoint Systems (UES) Collaboration team manages several of Expeditors cloud-based collaboration technologies, including SharePoint, OneDrive, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, Power Platform, and Microsoft Purview.
- As a UES Configuration Administrator, you will be responsible for the administration and support of our ServiceNows ITAM/ITSM platform, with the opportunity to expand into other technologies we are responsible for.
- Your primary focus will be the administration and support of Service Now and could extend your support to other team for its integration.
- You need to be constantly on the lookout for opportunities to improve our Infrastructure in ways that support development team autonomy. You take pride in your excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaboration as a member of a highly motivated and agile team.
- Oversee the ongoing care and support of ServiceNow's Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of CMDB data, including regular audits and updates.
- Administer and configure ServiceNow IT Asset Management (ITAM) and IT Service Management (ITSM) modules.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality.
- Create and maintain internal technical documentation.
- Triage and resolve incidents, troubleshoot issues and outages, and fulfill requests
- Collaborate as a member of a highly motivated and agile team.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience in IT administration, specifically with ServiceNow’s ITAM/ ITSM platform.
- Proven experience in managing and maintaining ServiceNow's Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
- Proficiency in administering and configuring ServiceNow ITAM, ITSM, and/or similar modules.
- Strong understanding of CMDB best practices, data models, and relationships.
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript, PowerShell, or Python.
- Advanced knowledge of ServiceNow CMDB and its integration with other ITSM processes.
- Hold ServiceNow certifications (eg. ITIL Practitioner, ITIL Intermediate, Implementation Specialist, etc).
- Experience in a similar role within a large enterprise environment.
- Knowledge of Azure and M365 cloud-based services and platforms.
